Having moved up through the ranks to executive positions, she also understands the challenges of leading at different supervisory levels, having personnel located at remote sites, managing deployed personnel and maintaining organizational engagement of personnel embedded with another organization.

She is a Leadership Coach, Organizational Culture Strategist and Instructor, certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Green Belt with over 20 years of experience, including time as an officer in the US Navy, as an executive in a large defense contracting company and as the owner and CEO of a Woman/Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business.
